Gale founded Branch Strategic Solutions in 2001 and personally leads every engagement. She advises founders, executive coaches, nonprofit leaders, and boards across the US and the Caribbean.

Her work centers on organizations at inflection points: founder-led firms needing more structure without losing their edge, expert-led practices growing into true businesses, and mission-driven institutions navigating governance, growth, or operational strain. Board roles in conservation, agriculture finance, and girls' development give her a long view on how decisions shape institutions over time.

Alana Gumbs brings over twenty-five years of corporate and consulting experience across demanding operational environments in North America, with senior engagements at organizations including Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Citigroup, FedEx, and McGraw-Hill. Alana is engaged for projects requiring deep expertise in operations and process analysis, program or project management, and organizational change management.
